1000’s of performers will take to the stage over the 3 public days of MOVE IT 2008. Each showcase will offer a taste of some of the most exciting artists and companies in the UK . With standing room for over 4,500 around the stage, every visitor will get to see the performances they want

Friday 7th March
10.30 –11.00	Move It Youth Showcase Opening the show with a bang, this selection will showcase the talent of young british dancers with styles from Commercial Jazz through to sizzling Ballroom and contemporary Ballet. Featuring Bird College, Reynolds Performing Arts, Youth Ballroom Dancers Ben Taylor and Hannah-Louise Annetts , Cambridge Performing Arts and Leicester College of Performing Arts.
11.45 – 12.15	Dance Classics What is Classical dance? From classical ballet to South Asian dance this showcase presents traditional Kathak from Apsara Arts, Ballet from The Centre and The Royal Academy of Dance.
13.00 – 13.30	Show Time The hottest young musical theatre and jazz performers take to the stage including showstopping performances from Tiffany Theatre College, Masters Performing Arts, Stella Mann College, Bird College, Midlands Academy for Dance and Drama and Cambridge Performing Arts at Bodywork.
14.15– 14.45	African and Caribbean Dance Showcase The Association of Dance of the African Diaspora (ADAD) presents a selection of past and present ADAD Trailblazer fellows. Chrissie Adesina, Zela Gayle of Inner Zeal Productions, Sean Graham Dance Theatre (SGDT) and Jane Sekonya present work exploring various styles of UK-based African and Caribbean dance.
15.30 – 16.00	Dance Extra A chance to sample just some of the wide variety of dance styles Move It 2008 has to offer including performances presented by The Royal Academy of Dance, Simon Rich and Nicole Beckey and Anita Stone and David McLouglin, presented by Modern Jive/LeRoc, Strike from Urdang Academy and stunning belly dancing from Fleur Estelle.
16.45 – 17.15	Urban Legends The best hip hop and street dancers show you how its done. Featuring performances from Michelle Alana, Nick Gonzalez from hit US TV show So You Think You Can Dance , Urban Strides, Olivier Award winning Hip Hop company Boy Blue and Impact Dance presented by Big Dance, plus the sensational Flawless!
18.00 – 18.30	Latin Beats Get some latin flavour, from sensational salsa to mind blowing samba. Performances from Elite Salsa Kids featuring Richard Marcel, Susana Montero and Moe Flex, Dance My Way, Diablo Dance Company and IDTA presents Daniel Power and Amy Ward with amazing Latin Ballroom and a Latin take on Contemporary dance from Momentum Dance.
Saturday 8th March
10.30 –11.00	Move It Showcase A chance to sample just some of the wide variety of dance styles Move It 2008 has to offer including egyptian dance and Whirling Dervish from Shafeek, Jive from Peter Fradley and Amy Muncaster, cheerleading from Space City Zoo, Capoeira from Cordao de Ouro, dancers from the Gary Lloyd Studio. Plus a special guest performance from Strictly Come Dancing stars Anton du Beke and Erin Boag!
11.45 – 12.15	Destination: West End The next generation of musical theatre stars showcase their talents. Tiffany Theatre College, Masters Performing Arts, Stella Mann College, Bird College and Urdang Academy.
13.00 – 13.30	Breakin' Convention The renowned annual international Hip Hop dance theatre festival at Sadler's Wells brings you an electrifying line up and a taste of what you can expect at the three day festival coming up this May. Want to be wowed by some of the UK's top dancers and most inventive Hip Hop choreographers with the hottest moves and the slickest concepts? Then this is the slot for you! Breakin' Convention 08 - 3-5 May 2008
14.15– 14.45	Ballroom Dance Fever Since Strictly Come Dancing hit our screens the UK has gone Ballroom dance crazy. This showcase will bring you some of the UK's top dancers and International Champions including Alex Ivanets and Lisa Bellinger-Ivanets, Danny Stowell and Kate Moore and featuring Luke Miller and Hanna Cresswell-Melstrom presented by Vicky Barkess and DSI. Also showcasing The Pink Dancers and up and coming young ballroom couples Lauren Oakley and James Cutler, and Stephen Arnold and Charlotte Cutler, presented by IDTA.
15.30 – 16.00	In the Mix Featuring perfomances across the spectrum of dance including Hip Hop from ZooNation Youth, TK SPIN and Urban Strides, Belly Dance from Fleur Estelle and Tiffany Theatre College. Also featuring a special performance from Ballet Black.
16.45 – 17.15	Classical meets Contemporary From the sublime to the unexpected, this showcase offers contemporary dance from students of Bird College, The Centre and Masters Performing Arts, incredible contemporary choreography from Jean Abreu and Tavaziva Dance Company and the very best in classical ballet from English National Ballet.
18:00 - 18:30	Move It Select A range of dance styles from Character and Tap to Hip Hop and Samba. Performances from Collective Dance, Dance My Way, The Nike Dance Clash Finalists and Impact Dance, presented by Big Dance 2008. Also featuring a B-Boy battle presented by The British B-Boy Association.
Sunday 9th March
10.30 –11.00	Youth Dance Live! Young dancers from across the UK feature in this incredible dance showcase. Starring Elementz from Cambridge Performing Arts, East London Dance Youth Company, The Urdang Associates, Pineapple Performing Arts, the Youth Company from Tiffany Theatre College and the Royal Ballet School Associates.
11.45 – 12.15	Breakbeats The hottest B-Girls, B-boys and street dancers make the Move It stage their own. Performances from Urban Strides, Bird City Lockers, Daniel Uppal from Dance X with Cambridge Performing Arts, Nike Clash winner Clara De Paris and InDaHouse, La Femme La Funk and an exclusive performance from Swedish streetdance company BOUNCE, performing an extract of their new show!
13.00 – 13.30	Dance Extra A chance to sample just some of the wide variety of dance styles Move It 2008 has to offer. Including Samba from Element Dance, Tap from Stella Mann College, Tango from Rojo y Negro, Cheerleading presented by Dance 49 and ballroom from Kerri-Anne Donaldson and Alejandro Hernandez. Also featuring a special guest performance from Strictly Come Dancing's Camilla Dallerup and Ian Waite!
14.15– 14.45	Ballet 2008 Drawing from the past and the future, this performance showcases ballet in all its incarnations. Featuring Masters Performing Arts, Larondina Dance Company, Tiffany Theatre College and Ballet Soul.
15:15 - 15:45	Bollywood Showcase Get ready for some fast paced and spectacular Bollywood action with Apsara Arts, Masti Dance, Jay Kumar Dance Asia and Princess Kiran Akhtar.
16:15 - 16:45	In the Mix From the hottest commercial dance, Tap dance and Modern Jive to fabulous Flamenco, Reggaeton and Jazz, this showcase will bring you a selection of performances illustrating the range and breadth of the UK dance scene. Including Purestar Productions, Flamencoshow.co.uk, Masters Performing Arts, Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama, Tamsin Beckett and Adam Crewe presented by Modern Jive/LeRoc and Element Dance.
